GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES

Pre-registration is required for all group exercise classes excluding group cycling which requires participants to pick up reservation tag 30 minutes prior to class at some branches. ALL group exercise classes are FREE to Full Members including Zumba, Yoga and Pilates. Group exercise classes run on a seven week session.

Cardio Classes

Group aerobics classes are among the most popular exercise programs offered by the YMCA. Whether you're a beginner or a disciplined athlete, we have a wide variety of classes for all levels. Burn calories, sculpt, shape, and increase muscle tone, all in a friendly, social environment. Aerobics classes are FREE to YMCA members.

Strength Classes

Our muscular strength classes-FREE to YMCA members- are focused on results. Regardless of your level of fitness, we have a muscle strength class for you to help you enhance your flexibility, balance and overall muscle strength. From Abs, Glutes & Legs to Total Body Conditioning, choose the workout that's right for you and benefit from the expertise of our highly trained fitness instructors.
