The YMCA believes that an on-the job experience will benefit the student, the community, and the YMCA.  Students who are interviewed and selected for an internship placement at the YMCA may be expected to accomplish specific tasks during their internship; these tasks are their primary responsibility.

Because each college internship program is different, the student's program will be dealt with on an individual basis.   The following is a list of YMCA areas that interns have the opportunity to gain on-the-job experience with:
