Membership Category Descriptions

Individual - One person age10 and up
Individual Plus Dependent - One adult and their dependents
Two Adult Household - Two adults living in the same household
Family/Household - Two adults and their dependents living in the same household
Family/Household Plus - Three or more adults living and their dependents living in the same household (proof of residency required)

Men's Health Center

Men's Health Centers are available at the Hamilton Central and Middletown YMCAs only.  These centers are located in a private area in the building and include the following:

° Cardio Equipment
° Whirlpool/Sauna
° Personal Locker
° Towel Service
° TV/Lounge Area
